ZUTOMAYO PREMIUMは、まもなくスタートから6年目(8/17)を迎えます。
いつも応援していただき、本当にありがとうございます。
特にツアーを考える際には、
「会員のみなさんが、できる限り一度は参加できますように」
ということを目標にしています。
会員数をもとにツアー全体の見込みを立て、できるだけ抽選倍率が高くなりすぎないよう、開催地や公演数、会場の規模などを決めるうえで、大きな支えとなっています。
(※人気公演や特定の日程に応募が集中した場合、また日本以外にお住まいの方など、ご希望どおり参加いただけないこともあり、そこは申し訳なく思っています。)
そして何より、みなさんの存在が、日々新しいことに挑戦し続けるための活力になっています。

更新日(会員期限)を迎えられる方に、更新日14日前の午前9:00頃に更新のご案内メールをお送りいたします。（メールが届かない方もお手続き可能です）
更新をご希望の方は、クレジットカード支払いまたはコンビニ支払いにて、必ず【会員期限内】に勲章購入費のお支払いをお願いいたします。
※クレジットカードでお支払いいただいている方は、退会のお手続きをしない限り更新日に自動更新となります。自動更新後の返金等はできませんのでご注意ください。
要確認→クレジットカードの有効期限が切れている場合は、自動更新ができません。更新日(会員期限日)の前日までに、必ず有効期限をご確認いただき期限が切れている場合は支払い方法変更より新しいクレジットカードをご登録ください。
また、お支払い方法の変更も可能です。(クレジット⇒コンビニ、コンビニ⇒クレジット)
変更される場合はサイト内MY PAGEの支払方法 変更よりご希望のお支払い方法に変更の上、お手続きください。
※更新日当日は決済等の変更はできませんので翌日以降にお試しください。
尚、お名前をフルネームにしていただき、住所など変更があった方は必ず正しいものに変更をお願いいたします。住所不備に伴い勲章が届かなかった場合は再購入が必要となります。発送手続きは更新後すぐに行いますので、発送タイミングで変更されても新しい住所には届きませんのでご注意ください。
会員期限がまだ先の方は、期限日の14日前までは特に何もする必要はございません。
勲章は1年後の更新をすることで発送されますので、8月になったら新しい勲章が届くわけではございませんのでお間違いないようお願いします。
※例えば7月に入会された方は来年の7月の更新後に発送となります。
また更新を早めるなどはできませんので何卒ご了承のほど宜しくお願い致します。

MY PAGEに表示の有効期限日14日前更新のご案内メールが届きます。

※「入金待ち」となりましても、更新日までは会員ページの閲覧は可能です。
お支払い方法ごとのお手続き
クレジットカード決済の場合更新日に自動更新されます。
※ご登録のクレジットカードが有効期限切れの場合、更新ができませんので、必ず更新日の前日までにMY PAGEの〔支払方法 変更〕からカード情報を更新してください。
※更新日当日はシステムの都合上ご登録のクレジットカード情報を変更することはできませんので有効期限は事前にご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。
コンビニ払いの場合支払票が発行されますので更新日までに
お近くのコンビニにてお支払いをお済ませください。
