本日12月12日朝、ACAねに発熱があり、病院に急行したところ、かぜ症候群による急性咽頭炎との診断を受けました。
(インフルエンザ抗原検査、新型コロナウイルス感染症[COVID-19]抗原検査は陰性でした。)
現在も体調不良が続いており、ACAね、スタッフ一同協議の上、数日間の安静と加療が必要と判断し、明日からの京都公演を延期させて頂くことと致しました。

京都公演を楽しみにお待ち頂いていた皆様におかれましては、直前での発表になってしまい、心よりお詫び申し上げます。


尚、振替日程に関しましては下記となります。

ロームシアター京都
2023年12月13日(水)公演 → 2024年1月29日(月)
2023年12月14日(木)公演 → 2024年1月30日(火)

プレミアム席、一般席共に、現在お手持ちのチケットはそのまま有効となります。
上記日程にお越しになれないお客様におかれましては、誠に申し訳ございません。
払い戻しを実施致します。払い戻し詳細に関しては後日お知らせさせて頂きます。
(払い戻しで空席になった席は後日PREMIUM会員向けに販売をする予定です。)

また、グッズの事前ネットオーダーで会場受取を選択されていたお客様、ご来場で購入予定であったお客様に向けて、明日12/13(水)23:59までのご注文に限り送料を当方負担でお送り致します。(7日～10日程度での発送を予定致しております。)

We regret to inform you that the performances at Rohm Theater Kyoto on 12/13(Wed), 12/14(Thu) will be postponed because ACA-ne has been diagnosed with acute pharyngitis due to a cold syndrome.

We deeply apologize for this sudden announcement to everyone eagerly anticipating the Kyoto performances.


Regarding the rescheduled dates:

Rohm Theater Kyoto
December 13, 2023 (Wed)  → January 29, 2024 (Mon)
December 14, 2023 (Thu)  → January 30, 2024 (Tue)

Both PREMIUM seat and Regular seat tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. 

We will also process refunds for those unable to attend on the rescheduled dates. Detailed information regarding refunds will be announced at a later date.
(*Vacant seats due to refunds will be available for sale to PREMIUM Members at a later time.)

Additionally, for those who had chosen venue pickup for merchandise through prior online orders, we will cover the shipping fee for orders placed until tomorrow, December 13 (Wed) 23:59.
